3. Custom Orders and Consultations

• Design Process: All custom orders require a detailed consultation to ensure your vision for mathematically inspired dessert art is fully captured. We will work with you to finalize designs based on your specifications and our creative expertise.

• Quotations: Price quotations for custom orders are based on design complexity, ingredients, size, and delivery requirements. All quotes are valid for a specified period, as indicated in the quotation.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm custom orders, particularly for larger commissions or event catering. This deposit secures your booking and allows us to begin planning and ingredient acquisition.

• Changes and Cancellations: Any changes to custom orders must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional charges and lead time adjustments. Cancellation policies will be provided with your custom order confirmation.

4. Baking Workshops

• Registration: Registration for our baking workshops is on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is typically required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

• Minimum Participants: Workshops may have a minimum number of participants required to proceed. If this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop, offering attendees a full refund or credit for a future workshop.

• Cancellations by Participant: Cancellation policies for workshops will be clearly outlined at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the workshop fee.
